Sqvadra acts as a data processor. Your sports club is the data controller that determines the purpose and means of processing your personal data.

2. Data Collected

We collect: first and last name, email address, phone number, date of birth, sports statistics (appearances, goals, assists), training and match data, and financial data related to club membership.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

We process personal data based on legitimate interest (club management, sports statistics, finances) and consent (profile photo, marketing emails).

4. Your Rights

You have the right to: access your data, rectify inaccurate data, delete data (right to be forgotten), restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing. All rights can be exercised via the “My Data” page in the application.

5. Data Retention

Personal data is retained while you are a club member. After account deletion, personal data is anonymized, and sports statistics remain for club record-keeping purposes.

6. Cookies in the application

In the application we only use functional cookies necessary for it to work: user authentication, language settings, and cookie consent. We use no analytics or marketing cookies inside the application.

7. This website

This section covers the sqvadra.com website rather than the application. For the content of this website, Sqvadra is the data controller.

The website sets a functional cookie, pll_language, which remembers your chosen language and lasts one year.

The website also uses Google Analytics 4 (identifier G-TFKM9Q0YFF) for visit statistics. Google Analytics sets its own cookies and visit data is processed by Google, which may involve transfer outside the European Economic Area.

The website has no forms, so no personal data is collected through it by you filling anything in. Contact is by email only.
