Is Sqvadra free?
Yes. The Starter plan is free for good and covers up to 3 teams with no time limit. Paid plans add the advanced modules: finance management, reports and the parent portal.
How many teams and players can I have?
The Starter plan covers up to 3 teams. Paid plans remove that limit, so you can have unlimited teams, players and coaches within one club.
How does RSVP work for matches and training?
The coach invites players by email or in-app notification. Players confirm in one click, and the coach sees in real time who is coming, who is not, and who has not replied. No WhatsApp group, no chaos.
Can each coach see only their own teams?
Yes. Roles are granular: a coach sees and edits only the teams they are assigned to. The club admin sees the whole club, and a player sees only their own data.
How is Sqvadra different from a Facebook or WhatsApp group?
WhatsApp and Facebook groups keep no attendance record, remember no financial history, send no structured RSVP invitations, and mix private chat with club business. Sqvadra is a purpose-built tool that replaces 4–5 improvised ones with a single system.

Yes. Parents of under-age players get portal access showing the training and match schedule, attendance confirmations and announcements, without needing a coach or admin account.
How is players’ personal data protected?
All personal data (name, contacts, national ID) is stored encrypted in the database (AES-256). Sqvadra is GDPR-compliant, and data can be permanently erased on request.
How long does it take to set up a club?
Registration and the basic setup (club, teams, players) takes under 30 minutes. Nothing to install, it all runs in the browser.
