Step by step
- The supplier sends three offers. The manager puts them in a poll in the team chat, with the price next to each model.
- The poll has a question, options and a voting deadline, and votes show up as they come in.
- A player votes with one click, and the result updates for the whole team straight away.
- Once a model wins, the manager opens an order in Equipment Orders: a title, a description with the price and a deadline.
- The tracksuit requires a size — without it the order can’t be submitted.
- The player opens the order, picks their size and submits it.
- The manager sees who ordered which size, and the aggregate view adds up the pieces per size.
- One click puts the list in Excel, ready to send to the supplier.
The poll, the order and the sizes stay in one place, and the manager never collects sizes by message.
